To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Items must include all original tags and accessories.
- Due to health and safety regulations, certain items such as pacifiers, feeding accessories, teething products, undergarments, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
